How Your Money Is Invested: Pediatric Injury Prevention

TMC for Children is one of the only agencies in Southern Arizona where families can receive life-saving or injury prevention products for free. The money raised throughout the year from TMC for Children’s, Children’s Miracle Network’s program supports the communities pediatric injury prevention outreach efforts like Desert Kids Safety Program, and the annual Be Safe Saturday event.  These programs annually help over 35,000 children.

In 2018 TMC for Children gave out:

1,840 Booster Seats

3,525 Bike Helmets

475 Home Safety Products

221 Swim Lessons & Life Vests

1,202 Water Safety Classes Taught at a First Grade Curriculum

13,000 Be Safe Saturday attendees

61,200 Basic School Supplies Given
